Dear Sirs,

I am writing to say thank you very much for the excellence of your products, organisation, service, installation and the general pleasantness of the two fitters who last month fitted seven beautiful double-glazed windows into my home.

Absolutely everything went according to plan, from the scaffolding being delivered and erected on time, the superbly engineered windows being installed in record time and the scaffolding being dismantled the following morning.

The two fitters were polite, amusing and totally professional. I wrongly presumed that much of the internal decoration would require some repair after the units were installed. It transpired that no damage was done in any area at all. All areas were meticulously cleaned - inside and out - and every bit of debris taken away.

Everyone who has seen the finished job, including a lot that know what they are talking about, has had nothing but praise for the product and installation. And it goes without saying that if I require any more work doing it will definitely go to Amber Windows.

When I first had the salesman come to my house to quote me for a kitchen window I fully expected the price to be expensive, knowing that I would have to pay because of the quality of the windows. However to my husband and my surprise it was very reasonable for such a good quality product.

We decided to get a quote for our worst 3 windows and within a couple of weeks we were having the windows fitted.

The fitters arrived very punctually and were really professional in how they conducted themselves. They not only fitted the windows without any damage to the surrounding wallpaper and tiles, but also protected the wider area they were working in and then cleaned up after themselves.

When the windows were completed we were so pleased with the look and quality that we had the salesman around the same night and ordered more windows for the remainder of the house.

What I like about Amber Windows is not only are they good quality with an affordable price but also that they do not look like all the other windows around. We love the fact that the frames are slightly chunkier and it gives the windows a whole new feel to them.
